What do I do?
Pass the island or obstacle on the side the arrow points. The two-arrow version (C09.21) lets you choose either side.
The mirror image of the keep-right sign, usually planted on a traffic island or in front of roadworks. Whatever the arrow says, that side is the only legal way past.
