What do I do?
The bent arrow is the lane that's about to end — if that's yours, merge the way it bends before the tarmac runs out. The straight arrow's lane carries on.
This is how Iceland announces a merge, most often where the dual carriageway out of Reykjavík drops to a single lane each way. Mirrored and three-lane variants (G01.22–.41) bend the other arrows; G01.5x versions show an on-ramp joining the through lane.
