What do I do?
A roundabout is ahead. Give way to traffic already circling (it comes from your left), pick your lane before entering, and signal right as you exit.
Iceland uses roundabouts heavily, including two-lane ones in Reykjavík where the inner lane often has priority. They replace most large intersections.
