What do I do?
Your vehicle's total weight must be under the figure in tonnes. With a trailer, the limit applies to each vehicle separately — most rental cars and campers pass easily.
Iceland's older single-lane bridges are the classic spot; the limit is about what the bridge can carry, not about traffic flow. Sibling signs in the same white-circle style limit the gap between vehicles (B12), length (B14), combination weight (B17) and axle weight (B18).
