What do I do?
A red arrow points to somewhere worth visiting — a museum, airport, harbour, pool or other public place. The small symbol tells you what kind of place it is.
Iceland uses red for its attraction signs rather than the brown many countries prefer. For particularly notable places there's a board version (F04.21, staðartafla) that can carry a drawing of the place itself along with the distance.
