What do I do?
The warning sign above is calling out pedestrians who may not see you or read your movement. Slow right down, give them time, and be ready to stop without making sudden moves.
This is a supplementary plate, not a standalone triangle. It is used with the pedestrian warning where drivers should expect visually impaired road users; the 2024 regulation now calls the same plate Sjónskertir vegfarendur (840.1).
